No Returns or Refunds
Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.
We strongly advise customers to carefully check product descriptions, sizes, and quantities before placing an order.
Product Descriptions
All product details, including sizes, colours, and specifications, are clearly stated in the product description (DESCB). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and advise accordingly.
Payment Terms
Full payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
